Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday June 14, 2016 in her 57th year. Carolyn Seabrook, beloved wife of Paul Amo. Mother of Crystal Gananoque and Justin (Marie-Ange) of Pembroke. Proud grandmother of Madison, Jordan, Hayden, Jenna, Logan and Jaxson. Dear sister of Cathy Kent (Dennis Ranger). Daughter of Linda Burtch. Predeceased by her father Bill Seabrook and step father Gary Burtch. Will be missed by her step mother Lois Seabrook of Watertown NY. Also greatly missed by her sister in laws Judy Heaslip (David) of Smiths Falls, and Barb Sherwood of Barrie. Brother in laws Godfrey Amo (Ria) of Kingston, Jack Amo (Carole) of Victoria BC, and Peter Amo (Susan) of Windsor. Carolyn was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and the founder of the Gananoque and District Humane Society. She enjoyed and loved her many pets and her special visit from Bobby. The family would like to thank her many friends who took the time to visit her in hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Hammad, Connell 9 and 10 Staff, Pastor Jan MacPhail for the care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A private family Graveside service will be held at St. Johns Cemetery at a later date.
